About Me
I am, Wing Commander Sanjay Vidhyadharan (Retd.). I graduated from Regional Engineering College, Bhopal, in 1994 and was commissioned in Indian Air Force as an Engineering Officer in the same year. I have immense experience in maintenance of various kinds of helicopters. I obtained my M.Tech. in Micro Electronics and VLSI Design from the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur in 2010. I opted for voluntary retirement from Indian Air Force in 2016 to pursue my passion in academics. I finished my Ph.D. research work on “Novel Gate-Overlap Tunnel FETs and their Circuits for Ultra-Low-Power VLSI applications” in Jan 2020.
I am currently working as a Visiting Assistant Professor at BITS Pilani, Hyderabad Campus. and my area interested is Nanoelectronic Devices and Ultra-Low-Power VLSI Circuits.
